Site visit or specification review. We agree scope, I/O count, platform and the standards the system must meet before anything is drawn.

01Which automation platforms do you program?

Siemens, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi and Omron PLCs, with HMI and SCADA work including WinCC.

02Do you produce electrical schematics?

Yes. Full schematic sets in EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical, including load calculations, cable sizing, panel layout and wire and terminal numbering.

03Do you manufacture control panels or only design them?

Both. Panels are built, wired, labelled and point-to-point tested in our own shop, then shipped or installed by the same team that engineered them.

04Which standards do you work to?

IEC 61131-3 and IEC 60204-1, UL 508A, NFPA 79 and the CE machinery directive.

05Can you work on existing or third-party machines?

Yes. Obsolete control replacement, safety retrofits and software changes on machines we did not originally build are a routine part of the work.

06Do you handle machine safety?

Safety circuit design and validation is part of the engineering scope, carried through to commissioning sign-off.

07Do you commission on site?

Yes — power-up, loop checks, dry runs and production trials, followed by as-built documentation and ongoing support.
